Plaza Nissan in Hamilton is looking for an experienced Full-time Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming / assisting visitors, general office duties, & being the face & voice of our dealership.

First impressions are vital; your demeanor, knowledge, & helpfulness are extremely influential when representing our brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warm Welcome : Greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
  • Communication Hub : Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and general information about our vehicles and services.
  • Licensing Duties : Handle the processing and verification of vehicle registration and licensing paperwork, ensuring compliance.
  • Organizational Guru : Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Team Support : Collaborate with the sales and service teams to facilitate seamless operations and customer experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy : Utilize our CRM system to manage appointments, customer data, and communications. Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry as needed.

What We're Looking For :

  • A friendly, outgoing candidate with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of cars and the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
