Plaza Nissan in Hamilton is looking for an experienced Full-time Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming / assisting visitors, general office duties, & being the face & voice of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities :
- Warm Welcome : Greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
- Communication Hub : Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member, providing clear and accurate information.
- Customer Service Excellence : Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and general information about our vehicles and services.
- Licensing Duties : Handle the processing and verification of vehicle registration and licensing paperwork, ensuring compliance.
- Organizational Guru : Manage and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Team Support : Collaborate with the sales and service teams to facilitate seamless operations and customer experiences.
- Tech-Savvy : Utilize our CRM system to manage appointments, customer data, and communications. Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry as needed.
