Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will act as a brand ambassador for TELUS Communications, engaging directly with customers through door-to-door initiatives and organized events. You will be responsible for delivering informed, solution-oriented sales conversations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective customers
• Present TELUS products and services using effective sales techniques
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely follow-up
• Accurately manage customer records and service documentation
• Process customer orders and ensure completion of prior transactions
