They will thrive in a dynamic environment, be detail-oriented, and strive to meet the needs of our VIP clients efficiently and expeditiously.Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail for our VIP corporate clients.Utilize the Sabre GDS to book, modify, and manage corporate travel itineraries.Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, addressing their travel needs and resolving any issues promptly.Ensure complete accuracy in travel arrangements to meet client specifications and preferences.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the corporate travel industry and stay updated with industry trends.Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Qualifications : A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate travel management using the Sabre GDS.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Superior customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using travel management software and tools.
