We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to play a key role in driving profitable growth across our transportation network. In this role, you’ll develop pricing strategies, analyze transportation costs, support customer negotiations, and influence decisions at the executive level.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to ensure our pricing reflects real-world market conditions, capacity, and long-term strategy — not just spreadsheets.

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Profitability

• Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models for trucking, intermodal, and related transportation services
• Analyze lane profitability, customer contribution margins, and network utilization
• Support annual contract renewals, RFP responses, and new business proposals
• Recommend pricing actions based on market trends, cost drivers, capacity constraints, and competitive intelligence
• Evaluate fuel surcharge programs, accessorial charges, and cost-recovery mechanisms
