The Talent Development Coordinator actively supports training and development initiatives at Bath Fitter. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring talent development programs, along with handling administrative operations.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
- College or professional diploma in office administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of administrative work experience, preferably in human resources, learning, or talent management.
- Customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, results-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Autonomy, initiative-taking ability, excellent time management, and effective prioritization skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual meeting platforms (e.
g., Microsoft Teams), an asset.
Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in English is essential.
As a Talent Development Coordinator, what will your responsibilities be?
- Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, assessment results, and certifications.
- Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for training and talent processes.
- Input and update training data in the Learning Management System (LMS) or other databases.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.
- Analyze training and talent metrics, utilizing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain talent documents, including development plans and performance reviews.
- Assist in planning and executing talent management initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, and performance management, while facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue readiness, equipment, and material management.
