Marketing Content Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a talented creative writer to join the RW&CO. brand marketing team as a Marketing Content Specialist.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s tone of voice across all platforms, driving engagement and awareness, and building a strong connection with our current and future customers across Canada.

Responsibilities :

• Develop creative and engaging content for multi-platform publications, including newsletters, social media, and website / editorial pages, that reflects our brand's unique tone of voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions throughout the year.
• Write compelling brand stories and other copy that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions across all touchpoints.
• Ensure all content is consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for SEO.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

Competencies :

• University degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field of study.
• 2+ years of experience creating content for digital and eCommerce marketing.
• 2+ years of experience writing editorial content, preferably in fashion and beauty.
• Bilingual, with the ability to create content that resonates with clients across Canada.
