Job descriptionUniversity degree in Marketing or Administration, or any other form of experience and study deemed equivalent At least 4 to 5 years of experience in GTM and execution of online events At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce Experience in B2B retail (an asset) Organizational skills, rigour, autonomy, and attention to detail Experience in managing a team Strong aptitude for teamwork Excellent ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects at once Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English

With a distinctive product and service offering and complementary store formats ranging from neighbourhood hardware stores to big box stores, our RONA+, RONA and Dick’s Lumber banners are well equipped to help meet the needs of all DIYers and contractors.
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience B2B, and working closely with the Advisor, Digital Experience, the Specialist, Digital GTM is responsible for the execution and optimization of the online customer journey for go-to market initiatives.
Your role
- Maintain the weekly brief for homepage changes
- Manage the execution of online-only events, ensuring the customer journey is optimized for maximum impact.
- Develop a GTM plan and strategies for online events
- Coordinate timelines, planning, and distribution of work, ensuring quality control of projects
- Prepare creative briefs for the studio and other marketing support teams
- Make recommendations to increase sales in order to meet objectives
- Stay abreast of trends, competitive activities, and offer recommendations.
- Create post mortems to analyze past promotions and optimize future ones
- Manage and coach a team of coordinators
