Field Technician

Multi-Family Field Technician I or II

Salary Range - $50,000.00 – $67,000.00 depending on experience.

Annual and Monthly Bonus Potential - $5,000.00 per year

Total Compensation Potential - $72,000 per year

Your Experience : Level I

Level I

• High School Graduate
• Experience working with power tools
• Organized and Punctual
• Comfortable working from heights
• Physically fit to carry out duties
• Must have a sense of urgency and an ability to meet tight deadlines
• Some computer skills, familiarity with Outlook and iOS
• A valid Driver’s license
• Ability and willingness to maintain Site Safety protocols

Level II

• Post-secondary education / certification in the building trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, finishing, etc.)
• 3-5 years of experience in a new home, multifamily, and / or commercial construction environment
• Organized and Punctual
• Comfortable working from heights
• Physically fit to carry out duties
• Strong ability to multitask; be proactive; and understand attention to detail
• Must have a sense of urgency and an ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to react well under pressure and treats others with respect while solving problems
• Good computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, Build Pro and / or scheduling software
• Current working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and building materials
• Valid Standard First Aid, CSTS, and WHIMIS Certificates, and a valid Driver’s license
• Proven track record following and maintaining Site Safety protocols
• Ability to prioritize both your, and the field crew’s schedule
