Job Title : Aircraft Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking to hire licensed aircraft mechanics to assist with the heavy maintenance of Q400, 737NG MAX, and SAAB aircrafts. Your primary responsibility will be performing C Checks. Additionally, you will be utilized for line maintenance in Calgary and Edmonton. Flexibility and openness to working in various areas, including both heavy and line maintenance, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy maintenance and C Checks on Q400, 737NG MAX, and SAAB aircraft.
• Conduct line maintenance in Calgary and Edmonton.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and components.
• Ensure compliance with all maintenance procedures and regulations.
• Work independently as an independent contractor and collaborate with a team of AMEs.

Work Environment

You will be working in a hangar performing heavy maintenance checks alongside a team of 5-6 AMEs. Shifts are 12 hours long, typically from 6 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM, with the flexibility to work up to 6 days a week. The facility for line maintenance operates 24-hour shifts, requiring flexibility for line maintenance tasks.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00
