Job Description:
Position reports to: Technical Services Manager or nominated Manager
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To act as liaison between clients and BMM ensuring that the projects and communication requirements are being delivered within agreed commercial terms, covering testing scope, timelines and within pricing terms / budget.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure customer projects are delivered on time and within agreed commercial terms or budget.
- Coordinate with the Service Delivery management team (LB Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Group Manager) and Sales teams to ensure all Project Delivery and customer communications and engagement tasks are acted on.
- Create, review and provide approved status reports to customers and BMM Stakeholders.
- Support data collections, internal reviews and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with customers.
- Coordinate projects with the Service Delivery management team, attend team meetings and monitor project progress and scope deviations.
- With SD and Sales management guidance, negotiate project deadlines with customers and internally as required.
- Inform about scope deviations and provide details to Business Development for the Project Change Notice (PCN) / updated proposal creation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain constant customer communication to ensure all project stakeholders are informed on the latest development of the project.
- Ensure that best project management practices are being implemented.
- Perform any other duties as required in the successful management of a project.
- Drive customer improvements and project and overall customer issue resolution when required.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate between teams across different BMM offices.
- Provide comprehensive meeting minutes for all internal and customer meetings.
- Ensure BMM’s Issue and Risk Registers are maintained for customer, and all Corrective Actions are resolved and reported on.
- Maintain the project scope in the Management Tool (Target Process) and all related tools up to date.
- In case of client requiring assistance, put them in contact with the appropriate department.
- Provide Forecast for the ongoing month on a weekly basis.
- Ensure all required business intelligence is current and accurate, and reported.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- 100% of the projects are delivered within agreed deadline.
- 95 % of the projects are delivered within budget allocation.
- 100% timeslips entered on time and correct.
- Customer satisfaction is high.
- All project related issues (operational, tools and process) are reported to management and address promptly and reported on.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s in project management (Minimum 35ECTS), PMI or PRINCE Certification or Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, economics, finance, accounting, systems or telecom or similar.
- 5 year experience in project management or equivalent functions.
- Proven ability in managing large organizations projects and engagement with management teams.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Organization skills. Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Soft skills. Fluent English. Possesses strong communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with analytical thinking and a goal-driven work approach
