Sales Coordinator
Evertz, a growing high-tech company and worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of professional equipment for television broadcast, film and HDTV production and postproduction, cable and telco industries.
- Engage in the sales process by providing administrative support to a team of Account Managers
- Prepare quotes by collaborating with inside technical and administrative support teams
- Manage multiple projects by reviewing, prioritizing and actioning requests to meet deadlines
- Research, prepare, and analyze data from multiple databases to support Sales team
- Create and maintain project files, client records
- Prepare reports and documentation (i.e. letters)
- Other duties as required
Qualifications :
- College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- 0-1 year office administrative experience
- 0-1 year sales / service sector experience
Skills :
- Detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Time management and multitasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to new and changing processes
