Evertz, a growing high-tech company and worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of professional equipment for television broadcast, film and HDTV production and postproduction, cable and telco industries.

  • Engage in the sales process by providing administrative support to a team of Account Managers
  • Prepare quotes by collaborating with inside technical and administrative support teams
  • Manage multiple projects by reviewing, prioritizing and actioning requests to meet deadlines
  • Research, prepare, and analyze data from multiple databases to support Sales team
  • Create and maintain project files, client records
  • Prepare reports and documentation (i.e. letters)
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications :

  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • 0-1 year office administrative experience
  • 0-1 year sales / service sector experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Time management and multitasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to new and changing processes
