- Relationship Builder : Collaborate cross-functionally, fostering an outside-in approach. Customers will appreciate your knack for harmonizing IT applications.
- Efficiency Engineer : When business systems hiccup, you’ll swoop in like a tech-savvy troubleshooter. Incidents? Requests?
You’ll handle them with finesse.
Qualification+Profile
- Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP / CRM systems
- Experience with B2B integration
