you’ll be the architect of change, the conductor of efficiency, and the navigator of progress. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement digital solutions that align with our organizations' strategic objectives.

Your new role

• Systems Sleuth : Unravel the mysteries of our business IT applications. Document them, dissect them, and share your insights.
• Knowledge Guardian : Train our key users. Be their guide through the digital labyrinth. And when they ask, What’s the meaning of this error message? you’ll have answers.
• Integration Maestro : B2B integrations? You’ll orchestrate them like a seasoned conductor. Forge alliances with their partners.
• Relationship Builder : Collaborate cross-functionally, fostering an outside-in approach. Customers will appreciate your knack for harmonizing IT applications.
• Efficiency Engineer : When business systems hiccup, you’ll swoop in like a tech-savvy troubleshooter. Incidents? Requests?

You’ll handle them with finesse.

What you'll need to succeed

• Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP / CRM systems
• Experience with B2B integration
