Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Content at Rewind, you will lead our content team and oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Your role involves developing a content strategy in collaboration with other marketing teams and ensuring that all content produced drives engagement, supports our demand generation efforts, and strengthens our brand's positioning.

You will work closely with teams across the organization, including Demand Generation and Product Marketing, to ensure our content meets business objectives and provides value to both prospects and customers.

To thrive in this role, you should have experience managing content creation in a B2B Tech environment, be able to optimize content for SEO, and use data to make informed adjustments to the strategy.

You'll also be hands-on when necessary, creating content alongside your team to ensure we meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Rewind’s business goals, with a focus on driving prospect and customer engagement and supporting marketing initiatives.

Lead both the writing and design functions within the content team, ensuring high-quality production of both written content and visual assets that meet brand standards and business objectives.

Own the editorial calendar across all content channels, ensuring cohesive content planning, timely publication, and alignment with Rewind’s broader marketing goals and initiatives.

Oversee project management for content development, managing a high volume of content across internal teams and external contributors.

Ensure timely delivery by effectively managing capacity, workflows, and resources to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output.

Oversee the Rewind blog, with the goal of making it the go-to source for all things SaaS data security, including industry news, how-tos, and expert insights

Manage Rewind’s organic social channels, ensuring consistent posting of engaging, relevant content that fosters community engagement, amplifies our thought leadership, and drives traffic to key content assets like the blog and newsletter.

Define and manage workflows, provide feedback, and mentor team members to continually improve the quality and impact of content.

Create high-quality content across multiple formats (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media) when needed to support team capacity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales, to ensure content supports their objectives and resonates with target audiences.

Optimize content for SEO and ensure that content is easily discoverable and meets performance goals.

Track and report on content performance, using data and analytics to refine the content strategy and maximize impact.

Manage relationships with external partners such as freelancers and agencies, ensuring quality and alignment with our brand voice and strategy.

Stay up-to-date on content marketing trends, identifying new opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Support budget management for content creation, helping to identify cost-effective ways to produce and distribute content.

Support ad hoc PR initiatives, as needed, by collaborating on press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating with external PR partners to amplify Rewind’s brand presence.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in content creation or content leadership roles, with a strong focus on B2B Tech.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies that support business goals.

Experience managing content teams, including providing feedback, coaching, and ensuring high-quality output.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation and strategy.

Proven ability to analyze content performance using data and metrics to improve results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.

Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
