Position Summary

Head of People & Culture

The Head of People & Culture is a critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling Evident's talent pipeline, fostering a high-performance culture, and designing and implementing comprehensive people strategies that align with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Growth

  • Lead the development and execution of a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent in software development, AI, and digital marketing.
  • Build and manage a high-performing search team.
  • Implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Culture & Engagement

  • Define and articulate desired culture, values, and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement training, development, and retention programs that foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and engagement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and overall company morale.

Performance Management

  • Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

People Analytics

  • Leverage data and analytics to inform people strategies and decision-making.
  • Track and measure key metrics related to talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in building and scaling high-performance teams in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and retention strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the tech industry and the specific talent needs of software development, AI, and digital marketing roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
