Registered Nurse

Haztech has aGREAT part time opportunity for a Registered Nurse at a mine in SouthernSaskatchewan. The nurse will work one or two weekends a month fromThursday Sunday.

Meals accommodations and travel are covered byHaztech!

The first rotation begins in Juneand will continue twice every 4 weeks following thatweekend.

Details

• Two weekends a monthfrom Thursday Sunday
• Hours are 6 : 30am4 : 30pm
• Location is 2 hours east ifRegina
• All meals travel andaccommodations are covered byHaztech

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and treatpatients
• Maintain accurate detailedreports and records
• Record patient medicalinformation and vital signs
• Modify patients’treatment plan as indicated by responses andcondition
• Prepare rooms sterilizeinstruments maintain equipment and ensure supply stocks aremaintained
• Coordinate and execute healthscreening program for all employees visitors andcontractors
• Consult and coordinate withhealth care team members to assess plan implement and evaluatepatient care plans
• Complete required questionnairesrisk assessments and healthscreening
• Assess patients’ healthcare needs and record patients’ medicalinformation

You will be responsible formaintaining the integrity of the company while providing a safe andpositive work environment as well as develop relationships andrapport with all colleagues contractors andclients.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensedRegistered Nurse inSaskatchewan
• Industrial experience preferredbut no mandatory
• Occupational health nurseexperience preferred but notmandatory
• Valid driver’s licenseand criminal record clearance
• Ability to work autonomously andunder pressure
