Specific position duties and qualifications vary according to a particular opportunity, however typical duties include :
DUTIES
Gathering information, responding to emails, and assisting with projects and miscellaneous requests.
Proofreading documents, and preparing miscellaneous correspondence.
- Support the tracking of expenditures, or payment of invoices and processing various forms;
- Coordination and logistical support for meetings and special events;
- Electronic and hard copy filing;
Preparing agendas and recording meeting notes for a variety of meetings / committees.
Reserve meeting rooms and send meeting invitations.
Maintaining documents and updating information on the appropriate portals.
QUALIFICATIONS :
A diploma or certificate in Office Administration or a related field.
Related work experience in an administrative support role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, results-oriented, professional, and tactful.
Able to effectively prioritize workload.
Advanced level MS Office skills, and computer and software application skills are required.
