Our client is looking for an experienced leader to join their Property Claims Field Team! The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working in claims / insurance industry and prior experience in leadership is required.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to :
- Identify, assess and retain the best possible talent to strengthen the business
- Lead effectively and positively through implementation of change
- Fully understand and mitigate internal and external claims risks you are accountable for managing
- Expert understanding of the claims experience while understanding the technical strategic direction for the claims file
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, the claims handling processes and financial outcomes for business
- Lead change initiatives for the team and business function
Requirements :
- 5+ years of working in Claims / insurance industry experience with strong knowledge of Property
- Prior experience in leadership role is a must
- CIP or FCIP designation is preferred
- Team player with excellent communication and management skills
