Your focus
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who service their vehicles at our dealership.
What drives your day-to-day
- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
- Develop repair estimates by considering materials, supplies, and labor
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms
- Connecting customers to the right auto technician
- Test-driving vehicles to verify repairs
- Maintaining automotive records by tracking problems and corrective actions
