We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join our Client! If you have a strong background in estimating ICI Construction for either GC or Developer Builder.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality project estimates across institutional, residential, and healthcare developments. You’ll contribute to our team’s success by ensuring accurate pricing, cost analysis, and strategic planning for every project.
Your Responsibilities
Estimating & Cost Analysis – Perform detailed quantity take-offs, establish accurate pricing, and develop strong conceptual estimates to anticipate project challenges.
Bid Preparation & Strategy – Research market factors, analyze external impacts on pricing, and compile data for competitive bid submissions.
Risk Assessment – Proactively identify potential project risks (such as scheduling conflicts) and propose solutions, ensuring smooth execution.
Budgeting & Cost Optimization – Prepare preliminary budgets, track estimated vs. actual costs, and provide insights for cost-saving opportunities.
Planning & Scheduling – Develop comprehensive schedules to ensure accurate sequencing, resource allocation, and alignment with project goals.
Relationship Building – Foster strong working relationships with owners, architects, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and successful collaborations.
Leadership & Mentorship – Depending on experience, guide and support junior team members to strengthen their estimating skills and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 5+ years in construction estimating, preferably in multi-trade projects
Education : Engineering degree or equivalent technical training
Skills : Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to lead large-scale bids
Attitude : Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges
