Main Job Responsibilities :
- Documentation : Prepare necessary documentation, including Bills of Lading, customs paperwork, and pro forma invoices.
- Coordination : Coordinate daily product movements with sales teams and customers.
- System Management : Confirm product availability and create orders in the JDE system.
- Warehouse Coordination : Collaborate with the warehouse team for orders requiring fittings.
- Customer Interaction : Pre-call customers as needed before shipment.
- Data Management : Perform data entry tasks in JDE and DSI systems.
- Communication : Liaise with customer service via email and phone to address inquiries and concerns.
- Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies and complete necessary corrections.
- Logistics Tracking : Monitor and track proof of delivery.
- Inventory Management : Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-offs.
- Additional Duties : Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Required Skills & Abilities :
- Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both English and French.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Mathematical Competence : Strong mathematical skills.
- Physical Requirements : Valid forklift license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
