We are seeking a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator (7 : 00am-3 : 30pm) to provide support for the maintenance team for the Lysander, NY production facility.
This role is responsible for maintenance-related activities within the plant including the following :

Maintenance Inventory Coordinator Job Responsibilities :
Clerical Duties
- Order and maintain parts inventory
- Source new vendors, as needed
- Write and Complete purchase orders
- Work Order Management
- MP2 Management
- PM Management Program
- Maintenance documentation tracking per departmental requirements
- Track and maintain budget information
Inventory Management
- Conduct and maintain accurate inventory of parts
- Resolve issues with vendors
- Receive, label and restock ordered parts into inventory
Equipment
- Responsible for Forklift & Scrubber Paperwork
- Responsible for scheduling maintenance and coordinating with vendor
General
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Assist Maintenance Manager clerical responsibilities
- Work closely with Maintenance Team Members
- Prepare parts and tools for scheduled work
- 5S & Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor
Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.???
- Prior job experience in food production is a plus
- Overtime and weekend work required.
- Prior parts ordering / inventory management knowledge, a plus
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel & Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prior SAP Experience, a plus Benefits Include :
