ThePlastic Surgeons primary role involves providing specialized carefor patients with skinrelated issues. Responsibilities includeprofessional patient care treatment planning collaborating withreferring physicians coaching the nursing team adhering to companypolicies and fostering communication with patients and staff.

Highperforming candidates may also have the opportunity for amedical directorship position or equity stake in thecompany.

RoleOverview

Theprimary function of the Plastic Surgeon is to provide continuedspecialized care to patients with skin related concerns.

ThePlastic Surgeons responsibilities include but are not limitedto :

• Provideprofessional patient care at all times and provide a friendly andinviting environment forpatients
• Conductpatient assessment treatment planning and implementation evaluationof treatments for effectiveoutcomes
• Provideconsult notes to referring family physicians for newpatients
• Performfollowup care for existing patients and / or refer to an internalgeneral practitioner for continuation ofcare
• Assistwith coaching nursing team to be able to provide effective patientcare
• Participatein training and education opportunities provided by thecompany
• Adhereto company policies andprotocols
• Workwith marketing team to build and promote personal social mediapresence
• Utilizeexceptional communication skills to build relationships with bothpatients andemployees
• Potentialopportunities for the right candidate may include a medicaldirectorship position and / or equity stake in thecompany

RoleQualifications

• CurrentCollege of Physicians of Ontario (CPSO)License
• Current and active FRCSCcertification
• A strong passion forthe medical surgical and cosmeticfield
• Certifications for lasersBotox and / or dermal filler an asset but notrequired
• Prior experience in thecosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry an asset but notrequired
• Newer graduates welcome toapply
