Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible to hire and attract the best talent for all corporate and production roles and ensure a great candidate experience.
You’ll expand your career development by being part of a sky’s the limit culture driven by collaboration, out of the box thinking and data driven decisions.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process (creating job postings, drafting and updating job descriptions, conducting internal intake meetings, screening candidates, conducting interviews);
- Manage a fast, efficient selection process, and successfully close new hires while developing solid relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners and candidates;
- Coach hiring managers on best practice techniques and make recommendations on candidate selection;
- In collaboration with the TA Manager and hiring team develop and implement recruitment initiatives for attract top talent for corporate and production roles;
- Gain and maintain market and competitive intelligence;
- Promote a great candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Recruitment experience or experience supporting a recruitment team.
- Excellent client relation, interpersonal and selling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English (English is necessary to serve our customers in the USA).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence.
- Must be a roll up your sleeves type who is focused on achieving results.
- Proven multi tasking, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort around web technologies and with web-based candidate management systems and other sourcing tools.
- Entrepreneurial, "Out of the Box" and innovative / Creative thinking.
