Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Netscaler Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our Citrix Netscaler environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in managing and configuring Citrix ADC (Netscaler) infrastructure, while also being responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our network services in a complex production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix ADC (Netscaler) appliances, ensuring they are operating optimally in both load balancing and application delivery contexts.
• Continuously monitor and tune Netscaler configurations to enhance performance, security, and scalability, reducing latency and improving user experience.
• Act as the go-to expert for resolving issues related to Citrix ADC, providing swift, effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions in the production environment.
• Automate routine Netscaler administration tasks using tools like Powershell or other relevant scripting languages to improve efficiency.
• Ensure that Netscaler configurations adhere to best practices and organizational security policies, including SSL management, firewall integration, and vulnerability patching.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of network incidents, manage changes in the Citrix ADC environment, and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues.
• Work closely with international teams to maintain a consistent infrastructure experience across all regions, participating in a Follow the Sun support model.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all Netscaler configurations and processes.
• Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to cross-functional knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications :

• At least 10 years of experience in IT and 5 years of experience using Citrix ADC (Netscaler)
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in administering and troubleshooting Citrix ADC (Netscaler) appliances, with a focus on load balancing, SSL offloading, GSLB, and application delivery.
• Strong background in network protocols (TCP / IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) and network security practices (firewall integration, SSL certificates).
• Experience in managing and integrating Citrix ADC with Windows-based systems.
• Proficiency in Powershell or similar scripting languages to automate Netscaler tasks and configurations.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Linux environments, particularly with Netscaler integration and scripting.
• Familiarity with DNS, VPN, and firewall configurations in a Citrix ecosystem.
• Experience with monitoring tools to track and enhance Netscaler performance.
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins for automating deployments and changes in the Netscaler environment.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams and share knowledge within a high-performance IT environment.
