This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet, and data warehouse.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direction and oversight to all IT (Information Technology) operations, network security, and communications systems for multiple TSA locations in Hamilton & Niagara region.
  • Support the technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems, network, and policies in accordance with The Salvation Army standards.
  • Inspect and identify the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency, recommending upgrades, configurations, repairs, or purchases when appropriate.
  • Manage and support all network-connected systems for multiple sites (including all security and door controls).
  • Respond and resolve requests related to technical or non-technical issues in a timely manner, adhering to TSA incident management process and policies.
  • Provide training on information technologies, including but not limited to Office 365, mobile devices, and other technical equipment.

What You Bring

  • Completion of a diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation and support of IT systems.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and have a clean driving record.
  • The candidate must be located in the Greater Hamilton Area and be willing to drive to sites in the Greater Hamilton and Niagara region.
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware / software), networks, etc.
  • Strong sense of integrity with professional ethics.
  • Able to proactively recognize potential risks and issues, respond with solutions, and engage others in implementing change.
  • Current certification in Standard First Aid with CPR, Criminal Police Investigation Check, Non-violent Crisis Intervention training.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $58,719 (min.) to $88,079 (max). Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
