Full job description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects.

The Business Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions to drive performance and growth.

To qualify for the position, you must have :

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be fluent in English and Korean
• Bachelors or higher level of education. (MBA or Master's in a related field preferred)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the position.
• Must have a deep understanding of the business management support role.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Knowledge And Skills :

• Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar consulting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in business planning, project management, and strategic analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.

Task

Business consulting responsibilities :

• Work with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Understand the big picture to define business capabilities and build a roadmap for the future.
• Analyze and define user requirements and translate them into requirements / epics / user stories / data mapping documents.
• Write and / or provide input to internal and external communications and user documentation.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
• Develop and present comprehensive business plans and proposals to clients.
• Implement solutions and monitor their effectiveness to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Provide expert advice on business management, operational efficiency, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
• Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into consulting services.

Valuable skills include :

• Experience working in a related field.
• Business meeting experience preferred.
• Possesses work-related certifications (especially in Canada).
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and other software applications.

Specific work requirements :

• Ability to travel as required.
• Must be available to work in Vancouver, BC; and
• Canadian citizens or permanent residents are prioritized.
