This role offers a unique opportunity to lead engagements, mentor junior consultants, and drive success on medium to large-scale enterprise projects.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects utilizing OneStream platform for clients in financial service, suitability, and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and professional development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and deliver tailored financial consolidation, reporting, and planning solutions.
- Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) working with OneStream platform, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Proven track record of leading successful engagements on medium to large-scale enterprise projects.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with clients at all levels.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Relevant certifications in OneStream and / or other financial software solutions preferred.
