Job Title : Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Business Analyst

Work Location : Mississauga, Canada / Remote

Responsibilities :

• Through self- directed activities act as liaison between client and technical groups, using superior communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate for Guidewire Cloud PolicyCenter / BillingCenter.
• As a Guidewire Business Analyst, responsible for working on Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter module both configuration and integration.
• Experience operating and interfacing with business management, including negotiation and presentation skills.
• Expert in using Guidewire Platform tools like Guidewire Cloud Console, APD, Integration Gateway etc.
• Proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the OOTB functions form Guidewire Cloud
• Strong initiative; able to self-manage; comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done.

Technical skills :

• SVN, Rally, HP-QC
• Microsoft - Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Guidewire Policy Center, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter (Primary PolicyCenter)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Must have skills :

• Guidewire ACE Certified Business Analyst
• Must be proficient with process modelling tools.
• Have worked on one complete implementation cycle of Guidewire Cloud
• Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
• Hands-on experience writing user stories.
• Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
• Business analysis experience in the Commercial Property and Casualty insurance industry on Guidewire PC / BC

Soft Skills :

• As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Insurance Domain Knowledge
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation.
