You are :

A hands-on Solution Architect who knows how to develop, design, and maintain technologies that work for our clients. You are a next-generation thinker when it comes to what we call Data in the New.

Your superpower Using the latest data and analytics technologies to help clients glean the most value from their data. And you know how to come up with strategies, solutions, and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data life cycle.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the Technology Solution, Architecture and Delivery of large and / or complex full lifecycle data applications across cloud, hybrid and on-prem landscapes
• Design and build robust data pipelines using scalable tools and techniques (yes, we're talking big data) to produce high quality data structures
• Design data solutions with experience architecting data transformation projects, developing solution blueprints and modernization / migration plans, documenting, and presenting recommendations to clients and / or stakeholder.
• Implement quicker data processing methods and integrate complex business logic compatible with daily or real-time / streaming frameworks
• Increase automation and scaling of complex data sets based on the customer's analytic use case, such as structured data delivery for business analysis, daily extraction of mission enabling data for data mining / exploration, and transforming data for applied intelligence to power impactful data visualizations

What You'll Need :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Technology Delivery and Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Data & Analytics solutions on Azure / AWS, with expertise in Azure / AWS data services, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Databricks, ADF, Azure DevOps and / or equivalents in other cloud platforms such as AWS, AWS Redshift, AWS CloudFront, or Google
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Data Platforms on Spark / Hadoop, ETL, Data Analytics Cloud Native Data Services
• Experience developing or migrating Spark workloads
• Strong hands-on experience in building data pipelines e.g. Spark, Kafka

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Bonus Points :

• Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.
• Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
