Position : Corporate Lawyer
Location : Mississauga, ON
Salary : TBD (dependent upon experience)
Industry : Law / Commercial / Corporate / Legal / Law Firm
Employment Term : Full-time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Involved in corporate organizations, and re-organizations
- Experience with the Sale and Purchase of Franchised Businesses
- Experience with Business Asset purchase and sale transactions
- Experience with the Purchase of Commercial Properties
- Structured financings and private placements
- Business acquisitions and dispositions
- Drafting and negotiating all manner of general corporate and commercial agreements
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Law degree and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- 5+ years of related corporate / commercial law experience
- Proven working ability to handle files independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
