Summary
As part of the Network Security Engineering team, you will lead the delivery and operationalization of CASB cyber defenses for Bell Canada. Participate in day to day operational proxy support.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as the subject matter expert on CASB and proxy from a capabilities, process, policy, technology and operational perspective, including understanding of data loss prevention, discovery, classification and encryption.
- Accountable for the onboarding of new SaaS applications into a CASB and support data protection solutions and processes around those apps.
- Individual should have knowledge of proxy technology and concepts. In addition, common SaaS applications and capabilities in order to help secure access and control activity as it relates to these apps.
- Help define and prioritize use cases based on policies being implemented.
- Work with internal security teams that feed in requirements to secure specific functions of proxy infra and SaaS apps.
- Individual will also require working with application owner teams that are looking to deliver new SaaS service and require knowledge on how to secure them.
- Show a high degree of ambition and troubleshooting skills as this is an operational role that will require many policy changes, monitoring and implementations for various features. Occasional off hours support as required.
- Use feedback from application owner teams to help refine and sharpen data protection policies in the CASB platform.
- Work with security operations teams to translate program requirements into operational activities.
- Be willing to lead by identifying and proposing enhancements to CASB policies to stakeholders / application owners.
- Work with stakeholders across various teams in the implementation and ongoing activities related to data protection compliance.
- Training and knowledge sharing with other team members.
- Hybrid working model. Onsite 3 days / week.
Critical Qualifications
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
