Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success :

• Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations policies and initiatives;
• Perform predictive maintenance overhaul and install machinery and fabricate as per blueprint;
• Investigate recommend and execute modifications to improve older equipment;
• Work from blueprints and operate machine shop equipment;
• Minimize production equipment downtime and ensure equipment stays running;
• Manage daily maintenance activities and preventative maintenance programs to support blown film extrusion and converting production departments;
• Able to work rotating shifts after hours call-in and on weekends;
