Our Première Moisson plant in Baie d'Urfé is currently looking for an Operator-Washer . The main responsabilities of the person we are looking for will be to carry out housekeeping in the various departments, equipment and machines, according to established procedures.
Shift : Day / Night
Schedule : Saturday : 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. / Sunday : 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. / Wednesday OR Thursday : 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Salary starting : $20.50 / hr / After 3 months : $21.50 / hr
Premium when applicable : Evening : 0,75$ / h / Night Shift : 1,50$ / h / Weekend : 1,00$ / h

Tasks : Industrial cleaning
Industrial cleaning
- Assemble and disassemble equipment according to washing and sanitizing program
- Carry out cleaning steps according to washing and sanitizing procedures for equipment and workplaces
- Inspect cleaned equipment and report any non-conformities with a view to taking the necessary corrective action, and follow up on corrections
- Ensure the proper condition and operation of all equipment and work tools used in washing and sanitizing operations
- Communicate any equipment non-conformity to immediate supervisor
- Perform various sanitation-related tasks
Health & Safety
- Maintain work tools and report any functional problems to the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with the company's Occupational Health and Safety policy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Compliance with rules and regulations
Qualifications required :
High school diploma (DES)
1) to (3) years' experience in food safety (an asset)
- Training in cleaning and sanitation (an asset)
- Knowledge of WHMIS (an asset)
- Must be physically fit to perform manual work
- Be vigilant, reliable and autonomous
- Ability to communicate orally in French or English
- Have a sense of initiative / team spirit and be able to pass it on
- Good manual dexterity
