The Role

• Support teachers with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Take the lead in whole class teaching when required.
• Provide 1 to 1 and small group support to help pupils thrive.
• Support assessment, progress tracking and pupil development.
• Create a calm, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
