A small but successful freight forwarder, located in the heart of St-Hubert (South shore Montreal), is growing their team and looking for a logistics coordinator to help with daily operations.
This person will support with quotes and rates, customer service, bookings and tracking.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics needs for the clients shipment requests for imports and exports
- Manage the relations with customers and transporter companies
- Answer to quotes and rates requests, using negotiation skills
- Stay on-top of delivery statuses, track and trace, proactively communicate update with customers
- Support with preparation and completion of shipping documents / customs
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers, carriers and customs brokerages
- Anticipate customer needs and facilitate resolutions
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years experience in logistics
- Experience Freight Forwarding is an asset
- Advanced English communication skills, French and Spanish is an asset
- Dynamic, multitasking, sense of urgency, team player
- Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
