Asa Real Estate Lawyer you will provide specialized legal advice andservices related to real estate transactions and property law.
Yourrole will involve guiding clients through the complexities of realestate deals ensuring compliance with laws and regulations andhandling disputes that arise in the propertysector.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Adviseclients on real estate transactions including purchases salesleasing and developmentprojects.
- Draftreview and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documentsrelated to realestate.
- Conductdue diligence and property investigations to ensure compliance withapplicable laws andregulations.
- Representclients in negotiations mediations and litigation involving realestatedisputes.
- Providelegal counsel on zoning laws land use and property taxmatters.
- Managethe closing process for real estate transactions includingcoordinating with other professionals such as real estate agentsandlenders.
- Stayinformed on current developments and changes in real estate law toprovide uptodate legaladvice.
Requirements
- JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool.
- Activemembership in theBar.
- Minimumof 3 years of experience in real estatelaw.
- Strongunderstanding of real estate transactions property law and relatedlegalprocesses.
- Excellentanalytical skills and attention todetail.
- Strongcommunication negotiation and problemsolvingabilities.
