Generations Toronto is a not-for-profit, inter-generational community where seniors, families, and individuals live and support one another. Our housing, care and community spaces create a model for culturally inclusive, community living that promotes healthy aging, intergenerational connection and a sense of belonging for all.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate information about Generations Toronto over the phone.
• Explain eligibility criteria and answer questions about the application process over the phone
• Offer reassurance and support to families with questions or concerns over the phone
• Document call details and follow-up actions as required
