Who we need : Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing .

You will be crucial in overseeing the team's development and implementation of marketing initiatives, including creating an engaging member lifecycle.

These initiatives will align with our partners' business objectives and enhance member engagement. You will take ownership of driving the overall member journey map and exploring ways to leverage member data effectively to boost loyalty among our members.

As our new Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will : Develop and lead the execution of Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with the partnerships, data science, and brand marketing teams to develop and execute strategic LCM campaigns (email, SMS, push, social media, customer journeys, and triggers).

You will take an active role in planning, ensuring that lead times, resources, and channels are aligned to support the availability and seamless execution of LCM campaigns.

Channel automation and efficiency. You will identify opportunities to automate campaign processes within the CRM systems and with partners for increased efficiency.

You will track and analyze campaign results, deriving actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time.

Additionally, you will continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, maximize resources, and optimize performance.

Collaborate. You will work closely with technical development teams or external agencies to support developing and managing project delivery plans and milestones, including technical implementation, creative assets, and adherence to brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define LCM objectives, target segments, messaging, and desired outcomes. Share knowledge.

You will foster effective stakeholder communication, including cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.

You will provide regular updates on campaign performance, seek feedback, and address any concerns or issues that arise. You bring : The experience.

You excel at developing innovative and personalized channel marketing initiatives to set Scene+ apart, resonate with customers, and drive positive results.

You have a deep understanding of developing and executing scalable Lifecycle Marketing campaigns from end to end. You may have agency experience, or you may come from an in-house team.

You have a strong grasp of various marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and customer journeys.

The knowledge. You have successfully navigated loyalty program dynamics and customized strategies. You understand how loyalty programs operate and how to align CRM channel strategies to enhance member engagement and increase customer loyalty.

The technical expertise. You have in-depth knowledge of CRM principles and best practices, using CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CDP to effectively create customer lifecycle marketing plans and to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and journeys.

The leadership. You have experience overseeing team building and implementing marketing initiatives, guiding their work, and staying involved as a creative and strategic thought leader.

You have stayed current with your skills and marketing trends and can work alongside the team. The drive. You take a strategic approach to aligning business objectives with LCM initiatives that leverage customer data, segmentations, and targeting techniques to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

You have a track record of achieving results. You are motivated by exceeding performance metrics program KPIs, and driving tangible business outcomes through effective CRM channel strategies.

The project management skills. You can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing resources, generating reports, and maintaining communication.

You can identify gaps or problems, think critically, and propose and execute solutions. Taking initiative, you see projects through from planning to rollout, ensuring deliverables, budget, and timing are met.

You adapt seamlessly to changing priorities, and can quickly shift your focus when needed, responding to the evolving needs of a fast-paced business environment.
