BOMON manufactures windows and doors for boats, utility vehicles and cranes. Each window and door are built to specification provided by our customers.

The product must be exact and meet all of the requirements of our customers.

The applicant

  • Bilingual in French and English a must.

Job duties

General Office :

  • Answer phone, take messages, assist customers with queries
  • Work on Microsoft Office programs Word, excel etc.
  • Buy staff supplies Coffee, tea, sugar etc.
  • Buy office supplies Stationary, pens, staples, paperclips etc.
  • Buy packing materials boxes, tape, window envelopes etc.
  • Create process documents as needed
  • Manage Petty cash, reconcile when needed
  • Anything office or administration

Freight & Post

  • Manage all post & freight for shipping our products
  • Including working with and building relationships with our freight carriers
  • Go to the post office as needed
  • Buy stamps as needed
  • Ensure photos are taken of all completed windows & doors before packaging, when packed and boxed ready for shipping. Must keep a copy in a folder with name of customer, Invoice # and date

CRM :

  • Use CRM (Adagio) to create packing slips & invoices
  • Update Customer and Vendor accounts
  • Send out monthly statements to customers.
  • Create purchase orders
  • Do costings of sales (Excel).

Manufacturing support :

  • Understand templates and sketches to determine work processes.
  • Willingness to learn AutoCAD
  • Learn to draft, read and interpret engineering drawings for production and glass orders
  • Work with vendors to purchase manufacturing supplies

As Needed Tasks :

  • Assist in yearly stock take
  • Manage eBay online store
  • Banking.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding of new staff.
