ADJOINT(E) ADMINISTRATIF(VE) DÉVELOPPEMENT D’AFFAIRE (cabinet d’avocats)

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (law firm)

Notre client est un cabinet d’avocats

bien établie au centre-ville de Montréal. Ils sont à la recherche d’un(e)

Adjoint(e) à un avocat senior, qui assume un rôle clé au développement d’affaire

pour le cabinet, y compris des tâches reliées à la gestion de la pratique

d’avocat.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • rédiger, transcrire et réviser des correspondances et documents
  • créer et tenir à jour des tableaux d’invités et participants aux

événements de réseautage

  • effectuer des recherches de contacts sur Internet
  • mettre à jour la base de données de contacts et générer des rapports de
  • contacts pertinents

  • effectuer toute tâche administrative : la facturation, l’entrée de temps,
  • l’ouverture de dossiers, les rapports de dépenses, etc.

    EXIGENCES :
  • Minimum 7
  • ans d’expérience pertinente au sein d’un cabinet de services professionnels

  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et l’écrit),
  • Minutie et souci du détail, très bon jugement, esprit d’initiative et
  • débrouillardise

  • Grand sens de l’organisation et capacité de gérer les priorités
