Résumé du travail :
Label Sales Representatives (LSR) process CSA Group client label orders and licensing submissions. LSRs handle distribution of the various types of labels covered under Label Service and assist the Field Services team with Label needs.
LSRs verify client eligibility, and the product information, based on the customer’s Master Contract number, CSA Electronic Systems, work with shipping and other CSA Group employees and offices for coordination of label delivery.
LSRs may work with label vendors to order existing or new stock. Maintaining internal records, including inventory and conducting an annual physical inventory is required.
Computer skills and positive customer interaction are requisite parts of the position.
Responsibilities :
Uses skill and a solid working knowledge to process a range of complex transactions to ensure internal and external customers receive correct controlled labels in a timely manner.
Acts as a problem solver for discrepancies, errors and omissions in a variety of processes to enhance speed and efficiency of product delivery.
Provides information (verbally and / or written literature) to clients about CSA Group’s services such as pricing, change in programs, anti-counterfeiting programs and shipping.
Responds to customer billing and credit inquires and issue credits or debits as necessary. Determines eligibility to issue credits and adjusts the tracking system via computer or request to responsible parties.
Adheres to accounting procedures and ensures accurate and timely processes.
Ensures that computer record of serialized numbers of label stock is not compromised and reflects the accuracy of label stock in Warehouse.
Product procurement and backorder resolution must be processed promptly to minimize order turnaround time and customer complaints and maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintains label price schedule. Maintains label licensing prices, material numbers and customer data in computer systems.
Maintains follow-up report and issues regular and
timely label service charge invoices to clients based on the usage for a particular class.
Responds to general and technical inquiries, and when necessary, liaises with the appropriate subject matter expert. Works directly with all levels of technical and non-technical staff to establish parameters for quantity, quality and delivery time.
Prepares purchase orders for printing of Standard, Combination Labels and Special Inspection labels. Works with suppliers in preparation of design and material of new labels;
approves proofs or obtains engineer and client approval. Reviews proposals or quotations from vendors to determine the best cost, quality, availability and delivery schedule.
Discusses poor performance including product defects with vendor and ensure issues are rectified. Monitors invoices to ensure costs, quantities and deliveries match purchase orders.
Coordinates and reconciles the annual physical inventory count for Toronto and all overseas warehouse locations and ensures all parties are appropriately prepared to perform an accurate and timely count.
Provides ongoing feedback and recommendations to Team Manager(s) in order to improve any processes, improvements or inefficiencies within the Label Sales group.
Education & Experience :
Secondary school diploma and 3 years of experience
Database management mandatory
Knowledge of label materials preferred
Proficiency in word processing and data entry in a Windows environment mandatory
Strong team player with proven independent problem solving skills
