You will contribute to the growth of OVHcloud by generating business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Your main responsibilities
- Work with a variety of key sources : outbound calls, tickets, contact form inquiries, promotional campaigns, event follow-up
- Help customers identify additional needs
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles
- Identify the right OVHcloud product to meet customer needs
- Convert potential prospects into OVHcloud customers
- Manage a pipeline of business opportunities and add them to our customer system (CRM)
- Reinforce the OVHcloud brand while providing excellent customer service
Skills required
- First successful experience in a similar position
- Good interpersonal and writing skills
- Open to the world, you enjoy working in an international context
- Good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with local and national customers
- Good knowledge of Web and / or telecom environments, to hold technical conversations
- Autonomous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Montreal or willing to relocate

Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written, to communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients
