Nous avons l'habitude de faire progresser nos SDR vers des postes Business Developers et d'autres fonctions telles que Customer Success au sein de l'organisation.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Use a mixture of outboundcalling, emailing, and marketing campaign follow up to organize meetings between prospective customers and the LHH sales team
  • Accuratelyqualify new prospective customeraccounts, baseduponestablishedcriteria
  • Conductbaselineresearchwithintargetedaccounts to identify key contacts and criticalaccount information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings
  • Maintainknowledge of market conditions & competitiveactivities and use these to identifyopportunities in the market
  • Maintainaccurate information about key contacts and sales activities in Salesforce
  • Work closelywith Sales and Marketing teammembers to share information, provide feedback, and achieveoverall sales targets

Principales responsabilités

  • Appels sortants, courriels, campagnes de marketing, suivi client, seront des tâches quotidiennes pour organiser des réunions entre vos prospects et l'équipe de vente de LHH.
  • Qualifier avec précision les nouveaux comptes clients potentiels, sur la base des critères établis.
  • Effectuer des recherches sur les comptes ciblés afin d'identifier les contacts clés et les informations essentielles avant les appels de prospection.
  • Se tenir au courant des conditions du marché et des activités concurrentielles, utiliser ces informations pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les informations sur les contacts clés et les activités de vente dans Salesforce
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe commerciale et marketing pour partager les informations, les retours, et atteindre les objectifs de vente globaux.

  • 1+ years of workexperience in a pipeline generationrole as an SDR in technology sales industry or SaaS
  • Demonstratedtrack record in an early-stage company or highlyambiguousenvironment
  • Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (., Sales Force, Outreach, Sales Navigator
  • Ability to speak fluent French and English
  • Goal-oriented, has ownership, curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
