Our Mississauga Industrial branch is looking for two lead generators to join our internal team. This role is focused on outbound calling and generating prospect sales appointments for the business development team.
This role will start as a salaried contract with a possibility of extension and becoming a permanent position.

$52,000 - $54,000 annually with additional financial incentives

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls into sales databases to qualify prospects
Identify prospects in need of temporary or permanent hire workforce services
Effectively communicate Randstad’s service offerings to prospects
Schedule sales appointments with prospects for the business development team
Drive high outbound call activity and exceed call and scheduled meeting targets
Use marketing materials effectively to increase call to meeting ratios
Be in constant communication with the business development team
Qualifications
Experience in lead generation or outbound calling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
Previous experience in outbound sales / call center is highly desired
