Tile Shoppe Moncton, we’re looking for a driven Store Manager who can inspire a team, deliver results, and grow strong relationships in the community. While flooring or tile experience is an asset, we also welcome candidates from broader building materials backgrounds — especially those who bring strong contractor connections and leadership skills.

The Tile Shoppe, a growing retailer with 4 successful locations, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the helm at our Moncton store. If you're an Assistant Manager ready to run your own show, or a proven leader feeling stuck in your current role, this is your chance to build something great.

• Be the Leader : You will have Full P&L responsibility with genuine decision‑making authority. Make key decisions and work directly with the company owners.
• Uncapped Earning Potential : Earn a competitive base salary ($65,000 - $80,000) plus a significant annual bonus equals to 15% - 25% of the store net profit before tax, NO CAP. Your total compensation can realistically reach $85,000 - $120,000+ .
