YOUR ROLE

The HR Reporting & Systems Coordinator (HR Analyst) is responsible for responding to and fulfilling a range of reporting requests with varying degrees of complexity.

As a systems savvy expert, the HR Reporting & Systems Coordinator (HR Analyst) takes pride in maintaining accurate employee data in UKG Pro and optimizing HR workflows and systems for efficiency.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter, with a strong technical skillset in HR systems, and a passion for bringing data to life through effective storytelling to drive data-driven decision making in the HR function and throughout the organization.

YOUR IMPACT

HR Reporting & Metrics (approx. 75%)

Conduct regular reporting on HR metrics ( headcount, turnover, recruiting, employee engagement, HR service delivery & Jira utilization, onboarding & offboarding, compensation, personnel expenditures, etc.

and ad-hoc reporting as requested by HR or other business stakeholders

  • Fulfill all HR reporting obligations as required by MunichRe
  • Use Power BI to update and maintain HR dashboards to track KPI’s and provide key insights to HR leadership
  • Deploy employee surveys through UKG Employee Voice as directed by HR leadership; create and deliver reports to leaders and HR stakeholders, and track results
  • Analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns and correlations
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to use data insights to fuel employee retention & engagement strategies

HRIS Administration (approx. 25%)

  • Function as product owner for UKG Pro and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Action UKG Pro / HRIS tickets in Jira ticketing system; troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution in adherence with established SLA’s
  • Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain UKG Pro process and workflow documentation
  • Create and update UKG Pro job aids and user guides for employees and managers

WHAT TO EXPECT

First 30 Days

  • Conduct 1-on-1 getting to know you meetings with all members of the Human Resources team
  • Have a sound understanding of the People Strategy and objectives
  • Review and understand HR Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Assume responsibility for actioning and resolving UKG Pro / HRIS issues and reporting requests in Jira ticketing system

First 60 Days

  • Complete required training courses on all UKG Pro modules
  • Assume responsibility for regular and ad-hoc HR reporting requirements
  • Support the Director, HR in the deployment of the annual employee engagement survey, including survey design, results analysis, and report delivery

THIS IS YOU

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Experience with reporting tools & HR systems (UKG Pro / UltiPro preferred)
  • Intermediate level user of Excel & Power BI required
  • Experience using database management systems (SQL / MS Access preferred)
  • Working knowledge of human resources disciplines (talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance & talent management, compensation, workforce planning, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging) and experience reporting across the full employee life cycle
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to tell meaningful stories that drive actionable insights

YOUR COMPENSATION

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $60,000-70,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education / training.

This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
