We've partnered with one of theoldest and most successful private career colleges in Canada andare on the hunt to find them their next AdmissionsAdvisor / Sales Representative to work out of theMississauga campus.

Previous education industry experience is notrequired.

In this role you'll beresponsible for responding to and followup on inbound leads(prospective students) via email phone and inperson conversations.

Your goal will be to approach each student's situation withcuriosity to provide them the right educational program and careeroptions.

Thisis a permanent fulltime opportunity starting on April 29th orsooner. This role offers a competitive base salary commission withtotal ontarget earnings between $65000 and $75000 in your first year.

Topperformers on the team currently earn north of $100000 in total pay per year.

Thisis a fulltime inoffice position working Monday to Friday 84 95 or106.

Primaryresponsibilities as the Admissions Advisor / SalesRepresentative :

The primary duty of this role is to attractassess and register new candidates for their educational programsmainly through responding to the large number of leads theinstitution receives

Call email and followup meticulously with new leads / prospective students to scheduleeither a phone video or inpersonconsultation

  • Assess each candidate based on the institution'sscreening process to ensure they are qualified and the right fitfor the programs offered
  • Assist prospectivestudents throughout the enrollment journey ensuring all necessarydocumentation and admission criteria are fulfilled and properlydocumented
  • Ensure students are matched withprograms that align with their goals aiming to pave the way fortheir career advancement postgraduation
  • Meetmonthly and yearly student enrolment goals
  • Foster strong connections with both students and staff toencourage referrals
  • Maintain accurate recordswithin the college's administrative system

Toexcel in this role you shouldhave :

  • 2years of sales and client service experience ideallyin a consultative capacity
  • Excellentcommunication andinterpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect withpeople
  • Maturitycritical thinking skills and the ability to act as aguide / advisor
  • Educationindustry experience is anasset

Generally techsavvy with basiccomputer skills
