ORCA REALTY is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Licensed Property Manager to join our team. As a leading real estate company, we specialize in the management of residential properties throughout the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong background in real estate management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including lease administration and property maintenance.
- Conduct any maintenance or repair needs in your portfolio.
- Coordinate and oversee property or tenant issues.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, including renewals and terminations.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and legal professionals to address property-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including financial statements, rent rolls, and lease files.
Requirements
- Licensed Property Manager with at least 3 years of experience in real estate management.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and team members.
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties and overseeing property operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
