Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Duties
- Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking products
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Oversee store cleanliness and organization
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Knowledge of retail operations, including cashiering and inventory management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : From $15.60 per hour
Expected hours : 30 per week
